ENGAGE is passionate about helping our clients drive business performance through their people. We are looking for an Account Manager who shares this enthusiasm to join our team of data scientists, researchers, organisational consultants, leadership coaches and trusted advisors.

What the right person will bring

Ideally you will have been working in a client-facing role for a few years and used a range of insight techniques to help solve your clients’ problems. But we always make a point of searching out the skills you can’t teach above those that you can. As far as we’re concerned, a client-centric mindset and the desire to prove yourself as a real team player far outweigh years of experience in this role.

What the role looks like

We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate exceptional project management skills, experience of using quantitative and qualitative research methods to deliver value-add insight and the ability to build strong and trusting relationships with clients. You will be responsible for the smooth running of multiple client accounts so an ability to spin a number of plates at any one time is a must.

As the client Account Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day project management on all your accounts, working with your colleagues to ensure all deliverables are on track and of the highest standard. You will be the first port of call for your clients (on a daily basis), provide them with key insights and support them in driving positive improvements across their business.
