A LONG-TERM PARTNERSHIP

I have been working with ENGAGE and their CEO, Andy Brown for almost seven years. I have worked closely with them during my tenure on the leadership teams at HBO Europe, HBO Max, Warner Media, and Warner Bros. Discovery, supporting us to navigate a series of M&A events.

I originally began working with ENGAGE as part of the leadership team at HBO Europe in my role as EVP and CMO/CCO, where they supported employee engagement initiatives and the development of a new set of organisational values.

Andy then worked with me to assess the strengths of my leadership team in the Nordics, running offsites and team coaching sessions with them. He has also been my leadership coach since 2019.
