Our values

Everything we do is driven by our core values and guiding principles.

  • Bespoke: we tailor everything we do, across all of our programmes and solutions, to the individual needs and objectives of each and every client.
  • Challenging: we don’t just tell you what you want to hear; we question your objectives and are honest about the best ways to achieve them.
  • Analytical: research and data are the foundation of everything we do. But we don’t just deliver data to you – we provide in-depth, analytical insight that guides decision-making.
  • Commercial: we solve your business challenges, driving better performance and achieving clearly stated goals.
  • Simple: we keep things clear and free from jargon.
  • Evidence-led: we measure the ROI of everything we deliver.
  • Sustainable: we share best practice with your organisation so you can continue to drive transformation at your pace.

Sarah has an MA in International Governance & Public Policy and a BA in Politics & Philosophy, both from the University of Manchester. In her spare time, Sarah is most at home by the sea. She tries to stay fit (on a bicycle these days) but only really as a necessary response to her love of fine wine and cheese!
